The structure of the class includes warm-up exercises, work with voice, sounds and body, energy work with meridians. We will deepen listening practices that will help participants tune in to their emotions, states, problems, pains and questions. Subsequently, we will experience bodily sensations that will lead us to incarnation. We will further develop the experienced body states through dance tasks.

We will be interested in how movement is initiated through listening to the body and its parts, its direction, rhythm, dynamics, intensity, how it reacts to touch, contact or distance. With the help of dance assignments, we will develop movement material that we will interpret. This will serve us to observe how the body processes current information and emotions through movement and imagination. How is it possible to name these kinesthetic processes cognitively.

In the end, we will relax and even dissolve with massages, meditations, and energetic grounding.

 

During the 8th monthly dance seminar, we will mainly focus on the following topics:

 

• pain, fatigue, exhaustion, mental instability, strangeness, unusualness, related to themes of intensity, ecstasy, trance, pleasure, desire, emotional openness, radical honesty, gender

• we will explore them in collective processes, de-creation of self and through role reversal

• we will be interested in how movement imagination is formed through movement, how we learn to understand the state of the body and its interpretation, which is formed through bodily experience
